Q: Is Boom Sushi healthy food?
A: In moderation, the items at Boom Sushi are an ideal part of maintaining a balanced and healthful diet. Most menu items are low in fat and high in protein and Omega-3s.
Some examples:

The Nori, which is used to wrap the Temakis, is dried red algae seaweed packed with vitamins A, B, and C.

Our miso soup is made fresh every two hours in small batches and is never boiled, keeping its probiotic benefits.

A: Our Market Miso begins as traditional miso soup but incorporates fresh, local and seasonal produce.

Q: Can I customize my Temaki?
A: All of the Temakis are chef-created and tested to provide ideal flavor profiles and variety. For that reason, we don’t add or remove ingredients so as not to compromise the Boom experience. However, we do provide a choice of white or multi grain rice and Nori or soy wrap.

A: Not yet but it’s coming soon.

A: Whenever possible, Boom uses fresh, organic, local ingredients.
